Costa Rica Canopy ToursThe adventure begins when you arrive at the stables and the guides give you an overview of the tour, then you get part of your gear and horseback ride for approx 40 min. When you arrive at the platform destination, they give you the rest of your gear. You continue with a short walk through the transitional forest where a guide points out things in the Rain Forest. You will see white faced monkeys, howler monkeys, rodents, snakes, many beautiful birds, orchids and canopy plant life. The trees that they use are adults that tower above the platforms about 150 ft.
